RADICAL Empowerment then provides opportunities to design and develop an internal structure for the ongoing and effective employment of these people within us. This leads to not getting "stuck in" our behaviours which leads to the discovery, emergence, and anchoring of your sense of having a "Personal I".
Often called the 'observer', this personal 'I' will quickly become the core of your Personal Command Center (PCC) that will strengthen you to effectively bond with, draw together and manage your people within!
